What are your strategies of engagement with older adults and stakeholders in the post-pandemic context?

So much has changed for people in all of our communities since the pandemic: needs, economic status, mental heallth, etc. It has left many working in the public health and service provider sectors unsure of what the needs are and who to partner with to best meet those needs to promote fall prevention and healhty aging. The landscape has also changed for many stakeholders working in the community with cessatoin of various funding, amalgamation of services and service providers, etc. 

What are some strategies you have used to engage with older adults to identify their needs? 

What are some strategies you have used to identify who the key stakeholders are now post pandemic in order to obtain buy-in and work collaboratively towards achieving the goals of healthy aging and fall prevention?
